Gift card terms

These terms apply to Motion Art Space gift cards. By purchasing or redeeming a gift card, you agree to them.

1. Validity

Gift cards are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase. The expiry date is shown on the card. Unredeemed value expires after this date and is not refundable or extendable.

2. How to redeem

Enter the gift code at checkout when booking a session at motionartspace.com. The gift value is applied to your booking automatically.

3. Using the value

If your booking costs more than the gift value, you pay the difference at checkout. Session gift cards cover the specific experience stated at purchase. Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash, and no cash change is given.

4. Non-refundable

Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, except where required by law. The purchase itself may be refunded only before the code has been redeemed, at our discretion.

5. Treat the code like cash

Anyone with the code can redeem it. Keep it private and share it only with the intended recipient. We cannot replace or reimburse gift cards that are lost, stolen, or shared, and we are not responsible for codes used without your permission.

6. One gift card per transaction

Unless stated otherwise, one gift card may be applied per booking. Gift cards cannot be used to purchase other gift cards.

7. Fraud and misuse

We may void a gift card we reasonably believe was obtained fraudulently, used in breach of these terms, or issued in error. We are not liable for any loss arising from such voiding.

8. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The terms in force at the time of redemption apply.
