These Terms & Conditions apply to bookings and purchases made through our online booking on motionartspace.com and book.motionartspace.com, and to attending a session with us. By making a booking or purchase, or by attending a session, you agree to these Terms. Private and corporate events (including team-building) are arranged separately and covered by the terms provided with your quote.

1. Bookings & Confirmation

Your booking is confirmed once we receive full payment. You’ll get a booking confirmation straight away, with your official ticket and session details following shortly after. Prices are in Singapore Dollars and include any applicable taxes unless we say otherwise. Please check your details are correct and tell us right away if anything looks off. Guests under 18 are welcome to join in, but the booking must be made by a parent or guardian, who agrees to these Terms on their behalf.

2. Payment & Booking Provider

Bookings and payments on motionartspace.com and book.motionartspace.com are handled through our scheduling provider, SimplyBook.me Ltd., together with our payment processor. When you book, you acknowledge that your booking details are processed by SimplyBook.me Ltd. as our supplier.

3. Sessions & Timing

We can't wait to get creative with you! Sessions run to a tight one-hour schedule. Because we often have another session right after yours, if you arrive late we'll still need to finish at your originally scheduled end time — so please arrive on time to enjoy your full session.

4. Cancellations, Refunds & Rescheduling

All bookings and purchases are final. We don't offer refunds, cancellations, or rescheduling for any booking, session, or gift card, except where the law requires it. Please double-check your date, time, and details before paying — they can't be changed afterwards. If you can't attend, your booking is forfeited and no refund or credit is given.

5. Your Paintings

Because our space is limited, we can only hold paintings for up to 2 weeks from your session date. Anything left uncollected after that will be donated or disposed of — so don't forget to pick up your masterpieces!

6. Gift Cards

Gift cards are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase unless stated otherwise, and are non-refundable and not exchangeable for cash, except where the law requires it. Lost or stolen gift cards can’t be replaced. Our full gift card terms apply — see Gift Card Terms.

7. In the Space — Conduct & Safety

Aprons are provided, and we remove our shoes in the space, so please wear clothes you don't mind getting a little paint on. Our sessions involve paint and movement — please tell us in advance about any allergies, medical conditions, or accessibility needs so we can help. Please follow your crew's instructions and use all materials and equipment safely. We may refuse entry or end a session, without a refund, for unsafe, abusive, or disruptive behaviour, and you're responsible for any damage you cause beyond the normal run of the experience.

8. Photography & Recording

We love capturing the fun, so by attending a session you agree that we may photograph, film, and record you, and use your image and likeness in our marketing — our website, social media, and other promotional material. These photos and recordings belong to MAS. If you'd rather not be featured, just let our crew know at the session or email us beforehand at hello@motionartspace.com.

9. Data Protection (PDPA)

This Data Protection Notice sets out how Motion Art Space Pte. Ltd. collects, uses, discloses, and otherwise processes our guests’ personal data, in line with Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA). It covers personal data in our possession or control, including data held by organisations we’ve engaged to handle it for us. 10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we're not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your booking or attendance, and our total liability for any booking is limited to the amount you paid for it. Participation is at your own risk to that same extent. Nothing here limits liability that can't be excluded under Singapore law, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

11. Intellectual Property

Everything on our website and in our materials — logos, text, images, and designs — belongs to or is licensed by MAS, and may not be copied or used without our permission.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and you agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
